Your initial session will be completely unique to you and your needs. All sessions include clearing energetic blocks, a channeled intuitive reading, and energetic healing whether your session is by phone or in person.

In preparation, you will want to be in a private, quiet place where you can stretch out. If it is a phone session, I will call you. Before we meet, you may want to write down any questions you have for your guides. It can be about anything; relationships, career, business, legal matters, health, diet, a geographical move, lifestyle, etc. If you have no questions, that is fine too. Your guides may bring forward priorities to address. We begin by clearing your auric field, opening your energy centers, and aligning you. Sometimes guidance comes in that you need release work. Again, every session is unique to you. You will receive energy the entire time we are together whether your session is by phone or in person.

Bring any questions you have regarding relationships, career, business, medical or emotional conditions, nutrition, diet, geographical moves, lifestyle, etc. You are unique in what circumstances, issues, or conditions are being expressed for you at this time in your life. In this process you will discover the root cause of any issue or condition. You may also find out the underlying meaning of soul connections in your life. This is where profound healing can begin - whether it is physical, mental, emotional, or energetic.
